General Labor – Finishing Industry - Kaser Painting

We are seeking manual labor help around the blast & powder coating shops. No previous industry experience required. Our ideal candidate will:

• Show up on time for all scheduled shifts
• Pay attention to detail
• Check their work
• Be eager to learn

Compensation: $17-19 to start, assuming no previous industry experience

Employment Type: Full Time, M-F, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities for those new to the industry:

• Hang parts
• Prep parts
• Package parts
• Arrive to work on time every day

As you get comfortable, you’ll be promoted and trained to:

• Pretreat (wash) parts with a pressure washer
• Spray powder coating on parts
• Follow specific instructions on work orders

Qualifications:

• Manual labor experience required
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Must be able to work in hot summer conditions
