General Responsibilities: Depending on the level of responsibility assigned to the production operator, the job tasks may vary and can include assembly work or maintaining and replacing machines and equipment. _ These duties may include staging materials for an assembly line, recording production statistics, monitoring equipment operation or assigning tasks to production staff. _Provide input as appropriate to make work environment safer and to improve productivity. _ Maintain and follow all work and safety requirements in work area, as well as maintain cooperation with other individuals within the area. _ - Identify and effectively communicate issues, positive and constructive, that impact the work area. Supports and creates effective teams, units, and environments by setting a positive example for others to follow. Impacts and promotes organizational strategy and vision.
Requirements:- Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours daily.- Attention to detail and thoroughness.- Excellent hand dexterity.- Lifting up to 35 pounds.- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and operations.- Must have excellent attendance and proven work history.
