About the Job:

Nandail Property Management is seeking an experienced Licensed General Contractor to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing a variety of construction and maintenance tasks for both residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute general construction and repair work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
• Willing to travel around 50 miles radius from home location
• Respond to maintenance requests efficiently and on time
• Ensure work areas are organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols
• Handle multiple tasks and projects while maintaining high standards of quality
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed General Contractor credentials
• Previous experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other construction systems
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
