• Licensed Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and/or a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
• Must have a Current Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) and current annual registration certificate.
• Must have a Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration.
• Must have a Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification.
• 1 year relevant experience.

• On-Facility and Off-Facility Dental Exams.
• Consults, X-rays and General Dentistry.
• Restorative Preventative Procedures Including: Tooth Extractions, Surgical & NonSurgical Root Canal Therapy, Direct and Indirect Restorations, Fixed and Removable,
• Prosthetics Devices, Dental Implant Restorations, Deep Scaling Root Planning and Crown Lengthening.
• Must provide on facility services as needed before and after surgery.
• providing, and reviewing annual exams, evaluations, consultations, and specific dental treatment as appropriate to the client(s) on campus as needed.
• Maintain, clean, and sterilize all dental equipment as needed including all preventative maintenance or delegate task to dental staff.
• Enter all findings, recommendations, and Treatment summary onto a hard copy consultation generated for the facility.
• Provide legible and signed clinical notes or enter Dentrix if the dentist has access.
• provide the patient’s Treatment Team for inclusion into the Treatment Plan as needed.
• Clinically oversee the work of the ancillary personnel from their office if applicable.
• Any other duties assigned  by the facility’s Medical and/or Dental Director.
