General Dentist- Part Time at Mortenson Family Dental

Description

• Guaranteed and minimal average of 20 hours per week at $125 per hr
• $ 10,417 per month 
• Any months with less than 20 hrs per week average would be prorated
• Any months over the 20 hours a week average would be trued up at the hourly rate, paid out on the docs settlement pay period
• Must be licensed in IN and KY
• GPR/AEGD or 1 year experience required
• DEA paid
• IN and KY license paid
• 2 weeks unpaid vacation
• Must be willing to travel to any of the 35 MFDC locations
• MFDC sponsored CE events including Top Docs
