• Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution 
• State dental license and malpractice insurance 
• Ability to work well in a team environment 
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Illinois
