General Dentist - Willamette Dental

**Location:** Bellevue Practice **Position Type:** Full Time Regular **Schedule:** 4 10-hour shifts **Expected Hiring Range:** $160,000 - $175,000 **Position Summary** The General Dentist supports Willamette Dental's evidence based treatment philosophy, mission, vision and core values by performing the full scope of general dentistry permitted by state. **Education and Experience** Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), and/or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). Successful completion of a traditional pre doctoral dentistry program and valid licensure in the specific state(s) where practicing. **Licenses, Certifications and Registrations** + Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). **Knowledge of:** + Evidence based dental practices. + AxiUm electronic records + Fulfill all requirements to ensure proper electronic documentation for all care provided to patients. + CAMBRA and PEMBRA, with an emphasis on prevention. + Risk phases, and risk assessment. + Diagnostic terms. + Information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat and oral cavity anomalies. + Principles and processes for providing customer and optimal patient experience. This includes patient needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of patient satisfaction. Expected annual salary range for this position depending on experience: $160,000-$175,000 USD **Compensation** The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
