rvine General Contractor is currently seeking an organized, qualified, analytical Industrial/Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee LA, OC and IE Site Projects.  Must possess a verifiable track record of competed projects, the ability to prepare and track budgets and cost reports, strong budget control skills, value engineering, familiarity with architectural drawings, space planning and equipment concepts.  2-3 years of Project Management experience with ethics and business practices.  A detail oriented person with excellent written and verbal communication skills with and the ability to interact with clients and coworkers.  Must be able to develop vendor scopes and project schedules to deliver projects on time and on budget.  Must be proficient in MS Office and MS Projects experience.  Salary dependent on experience.  Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits at 5% cost for Employee.  80 hours of paid vacation accrued the first year.
