About the Job
We are seeking a skilled General Construction Carpenter to join our team at Dilling Group in the DGI - Logansport. As a General Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Your expertise in reading blueprints, measuring materials, and ensuring quality workmanship will be essential in this role.
Much of the work we do is in an industrial setting.
Key responsibilities include framing walls, installing windows and doors, building stairs, installing acoustical ceilings, pouring/finishing concrete and repairing or replacing damaged structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
