General Clerk III - Support from CES Limited

• 100% Onsite position - 2nd shift position - 2:00pm to 10:30pm
• Position Description: This position will be doing a lot of data entry; data entry of pick ticket stubs into DNS screens and serve as backup to Printer room and BOL clerk tasks.
• REQUIRED SKILLS - Exceptional data entry speed/accuracy plus ability to stay focused and perform work for long periods of time. -
• Acts as customer service for warehouse, manage 11 printers' w/sense of urgency, be able to quickly navigate multiple computer systems.
• Must be self-motivated to help coworkers during lull times.
• Excellent customer service, communication and ability to work w/varying types of personalities is necessary.
• Administrative background and have experience in a warehouse/shipping office environment and familiarity w/shipping material, DOT regulations and relationship between the two.
• Will be working in Excel occasionally, but majority of work will be in Deere's mainframe/menu driven systems, DNS (Dealer Network System) and WCS. -
• Experience w/inventory systems/tools/AS400 program extremely beneficial in this role; will be troubleshooting through inventory issues.
• Attention to detail, timeliness and excellent attendance are key as position is imperative in keeping operation running.
• Could be working at driver window or bursting tickets and distributing work/ equipment. - Will train as backup to cover all duties of position in the department, including BOL, customs document creation, handling will-call window and responding to requests from warehouse supervisors and others w/in organization.
