• Assist in emergency planning, mitigation, response, and recovery.
• Provide administrative support for emergency programs.
• Coordinate event scheduling.
• Manage inventory of emergency equipment.
• Monitor training completion for emergency teams.
• Review and interpret directives from higher authorities.
• Update policies, procedures, and directives.

• Must hold and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• Must have four (4) years of military/government experience in operations or planning.
• Knowledge of Navy/DoD policies and emergency management.
• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
