We are seeking candidates who embody the following qualifications:

Educational and Professional Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier, accredited law school with a record of academic excellence.
• Active bar membership in good standing; eligibility to practice law in Texas is required.
• Federal judicial clerkship experience, particularly with U.S. Courts of Appeals or the U.S. Supreme Court, is highly valued.

Practice Area Expertise
Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following key practice areas:

• Litigation: Expertise in complex commercial disputes, appellate advocacy, class action defense, or antitrust litigation.

• White-Collar Defense and Investigations: Experience in regulatory compliance, government investigations, and high-profile criminal matters.
• Intellectual Property: Proven ability to manage patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret litigation, particularly for technology or life sciences clients.
