General Accounting Intern - Morgan Truck Body

This three-month summer 2024 internship is a full-time position intended for college students enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program focused on Accounting, Finance or a related field of study.

T he Nuts and Bolts

• We are seeking college students eager to enter into a clear development path in General Financial Accounting within Morgan Truck Body.
• You will be provided with training and mentorship for a variety of aspects within accounting and will have the opportunity to work on high-value projects.
• Financial General Accounting includes gaining professional experience in general accounting to include account reconciliations, month end close, sales and use tax, and journal entries.
• This internship will help you to identify areas of high interest as they relate to our industry and could lead to a full-time position in our Accounting and Finance Department.

Required Credentials

• Entering the senior year of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field of study in progress during the summer of 2024.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• High level of personal accountability and a strong sense of urgency.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
