Overall Experience: 5+ years Overall
- 5+ years of experience in GenAIOps, DevOps, data engineering, or ML infrastructure
- Proven experience automating GenAI/ML pipelineswith tools like AzureDevOps, MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS and Google) for supporting ML/GenAI workloads
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in Infra-as-a-Code (IaaC)tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates, Python and other scripting languages
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools for GenAI systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, LangSmith, Arize AI, Azure Monitor).
- Strong understanding of LLMs (GPT4, Llama3, Gemini),LLM orchestration and associated technologies.
- Experience supporting data science teams with predictive and prescription model lifecycle (training, testing, versioning, inference, experimentation and deployment).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for Generative AI and its potential across industries
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ML and GenAIOps pipelines for ML and Generative AI models, covering data ingestion, preprocessing, training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Automate GenAI tasks using Jenkins, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Maintain robust monitoring and alerting systems for ML and Generative AI models in production, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the Generative AI Architect, Data scientists and other team members to optimize model performance and resource utilization.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) for ML and GenAI workloads, focusing on cost-efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated on the latest ML/GenAIOps advancements and integrate them into our platform and processes.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders about model health and performance.
- Provide L1/L2 support triaging ML/GenAI App issues as reported by business users, data scientists and ML/data engineers.
Pay Range in United States (Fully Remote)
Base Salary: $126,000 - $135,000 + Bonus Structure
In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.
