GA North Area 1 - Housekeeper Inspector - Cornerstone Hospitality

A Housekeeper Inspector is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet established standards. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by supervising and inspecting the work of housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand or property standards.
• Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff to meet operational and quality expectations.
• Report maintenance issues or damages and coordinate timely repairs with the maintenance team.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stocking and usage.
• Address and resolve guest complaints related to cleanliness and room preparation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping manager to schedule and prioritize daily cleaning tasks and special projects.
