Fusion Sign and Design located in Las Vegas is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Office Assistant to join our growing team.
Fusion Sign & Design is a full service, custom sign company with 8 locations across 4 western states, and we are still expanding. Our Las Vegas office is looking for a reliable administrative assistant to join our dynamic team as we achieve our next level of excellence. The ideal candidate is required to have Quick Books experience. Working knowledge/experience with Excel spreadsheets is preferred. General office skills (filing, answering phones, HR assistance) are a plus. Fusion Sign & Design continues to grow, and we are looking for someone to grow with us.
Qualifications:
*QuickBooks proficiency is preferred
*Excel experience is preferred
*Must be able to work without supervision and show initiative, finding ways to be more efficient
*Ability to multitask and problem solve
*HR background is a plus, but not required
*Good written and oral skills
*Sign industry experience helpful
*Be a team player, work harmoniously with fellow workers, customers, and all individuals you are in contact with throughout each day
*Answer phones cheerfully, directing callers to correct personnel
*Attention to detail is required
*Strong organizational skills
*Demonstrate the ability to represent Fusion Sign and Design in a professional manner and with integrity
*Exhibit a clean and appropriately dressed appearance
General Duties:
*Use standard office equipment such as phone, fax, printer, scanner
*Process new employee paperwork to corporate office
*Time clock corrections
*Quick Books data entry
*Compliance of notices regarding payroll, HR, etc.
*Process accounts payable paperwork to corporate office
*Maintain office supplies
*Credit card processing
*Open, sort and distribute incoming mail
*Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
*Give priority to incoming calls and walk-in customers
*Manage office vendors: copier, alarm, keys
*Assist with new client/vendor set-up in system
*Maintain insurance documents
*Process accounts receivable paperwork to corporate
*Maintain sensitive employee documents/files
*Reconcile accounts payable transactions
