Primary Requirements:
Must Haves:
- Oracle Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle Cloud, particularly Oracle Cloud Financials, Oracle Fusion Finance, and RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service).
- Implementation Mastery: Proven experience in at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials and Procurement modules.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials applications, including but not limited to AR, Advanced Collections, Credit Management, General Ledger, Sub-ledger Accounting, AP, CM, Fusion Tax, and Funds Capture.
- Configuration Skills: Ability to configure Oracle Cloud Applications to align with business requirements and adept at documenting application set-ups.
- Implementation Strategy: Experience in executing implementation strategies, capturing business and systems requirements, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
- Enterprise Structures: Proficiency in configuring Enterprise Structures, Ledgers, Business Units, and Reference Data Sets.
- Financial Reporting: Experience in maintaining and publishing Account Hierarchies for creating Financial Reports, Allocation definitions, cross-validation rules, and revaluation definitions.
- Chart of Accounts Design: Strong experience with Chart of Accounts and Enterprise Structures design.
- Sub-Ledger Accounting: Configuration expertise in Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) rules for various subledgers in Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Fusion Funds Capture: Ability to configure Fusion Funds Capture for processing credit card transactions.
- Reporting Skills: Proficient in creating reports using Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), SmartView, and Oracle BI/Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Lockbox Payments: Ability to configure Lockbox payments and create AR Invoices & Receipts using Oracle Cloud ADFDi/FBDI templates.
- Workflow Management: Experience in setting up Approval Rules/Workflows in Approvals Management Extensions (AMX) through BPM.
- Tax Configurations: Good knowledge of Fusion Tax configurations, including setting up Geographies, Tax Regimes, Tax Rates, and Rules for both US and Canada Sales Tax and Withholding Taxes.
- Data Migration: Knowledge about Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces, and Reports.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with Technical resources and other third-party systems/integrators to implement projects.
- Methodology and Testing: Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT).
- Problem Solving: Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions for them.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, adept in business interaction, and understanding business applications.
- Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and stay focused on release priorities in a Fusion environment.
Nice to Have:
- Additional knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications such as Cost Management, Channel Revenue Management, and Projects (PPM) processes is a plus.
- Former Accounting and Oracle ERP (R12) background.
