As an Advance Funeral Planner, you have a dedicated team of over 50 agents setting appointments and helping you know as much as possible about your clients. Precoa’s field management provides you with organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching to succeed in a unique and growing industry.

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!

Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities

Founded on August 9, 2017, Kemp Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Southfield, Michigan, is a modern facility built from a former auto insurance claim center. Stephen R. Kemp expanded his business from 50 to over 250 calls annually and sought a larger space to better serve his clients. The 17,000-square-foot facility features two arrangement offices, a large merchandise room, and a versatile chapel that seats nearly 300 people, with movable walls for smaller gatherings. Visitors are welcome to explore the home or attend one of its sponsored events.

For over 40 years, Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home-Westland has served Southeast Michigan with compassion and expertise. Offering a range of services, including pre-need and at-need arrangements, their experienced staff provides personalized care.
