Fundraising Assistant - Anonymous

A leading hedge fund investment manager based in Miami, FL is seeking a Fundraising Assistant to help with business development and investor relations. Background in financial services or asset management is preferred. The position provides a unique opportunity to work as an integral member of a team with a long history of success. The candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing efforts to help expand the Firm's current investor base. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills who enjoys initiating and building relationships with potential clients. Seeking candidates already based in the Miami area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build and implement the firm’s marketing and outreach campaigns
• Proactively reach out to potential new investors through phone calls, emails and in-person meetings
• Monitor, track and manage the firm’s pipeline of prospects
• Maintain a dialogue and foster relationships with potential investors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable connecting and interacting with potential clients
• Charismatic personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Acute attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a diligent work ethic
• Direct experience with investment fund sales
