Your Role:Fund Accountant Extraordinaire! As a Fund Accountant at our organization, you won't just crunch numbers – you'll be at the forefront of producing valuations for our esteemed clients and spearheading the accounting function of our operations. Picture yourself collaborating with diverse teams, diving into exciting projects, and making a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 2-4 years
CTC: 65K-75k USD Annually
Location: New York, USA

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Dive into detailed reviews of portfolio calculations for Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds, leaving no stone unturned.
2. Dive deep into fund accounting, processing security, and cash transactions like a pro!
3. Master the art of reconciliation, ensuring seamless transitions from brokers to our in-house systems.
4. Be the superhero of client inquiries – swift, efficient, and always on point!
5. Prepare and review financial statements with precision and finesse.
6. Lead and mentor Fund Accounting staff (for Senior Associate and above), guiding them towards excellence.
7. Keep the engine running smoothly by ensuring timely and accurate portfolio calculations every single day.
8. Handle security cash and corporate action transactions like a boss.
9. Be the go-to guru for regulatory compliance and fund specifications.
10. And hey, we're not just about numbers – be ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle any other administrative duties that come your way!

1. A degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role where you've conquered the functions listed    above.
3. A knack for meeting deadlines with ease and grace.
4. Stellar interpersonal and written communication skills that shine brighter than the       NYC skyline.
5. PC skills that make Excel and Word quake in their boots (bonus points if you're a Paxus pro!).
