General Summary:
DART Technology department seeks a skilled and experienced ERP Functional product manager to manage all functional and technical requirements of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software of the domain of responsibility including other enterprise solutions, departmental custom solution and/or departmental applications and systems. Perform applications system setup, interface design and coding, and related database designs and scripting. Manages the functional and technical support of these systems for DART's Technology department. Must demonstrate a track record of successful technical and functional management of ERP Systems including any of the following: Workday, Infor Lawson, UKG Workforce Central, UKG Dimensions or other SaaS based ERP. Manages enterprise upgrades and system implementation projects with the goal of business process improvement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages Implementation, monitoring, maintenance, development, testing, upgrade, and support of the assigned ERP systems
- Provides functional and technical consultation and support to DARTs business and vendors. Serve as the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for the assigned Business departments to collect and document relevant business process objectives, conduct feasibility study/impact assessment in respect of implementing business requirements.
- Author and maintains applications documentation and DRPs, provide training to Technology and Business staff as needed. Assists other Technology departments during SDLC of Analytics, Dashboards, Web applications and Workflows integrating with the supported ERP and application
- Provide a high degree of application functional expertise in a variety field concepts, practices, and procedures and provides consultation on complex projects
- Lead implementation schedules to ensure timely project completion
- Manage and produce/maintain agency-wide ERP communications and documentation.
- Oversees modifications to existing applications as necessary based on project requirements.
- Follows Industry standards and best practices for the design, coding, and testing of software. Creates test plans, test files, and scripts for unit testing, integration testing. Works with users to validate system testing and conformity with functional requirements.
- Follows appropriate change management and implementation procedures. And coordinates the implementation process
- Provides technical troubleshooting and coordinates support with vendors.
- Provides support to new applications during and after implementation.
- Leads ERP software environment, application, and client upgrades and patch installations.
- Continually keeps abreast of technical skills to support new ERP software requirements and research various aspects of ERP tools and software for agency implementation.
- Provide 5-star customer service and meet Agency service level agreements (SLA).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Note: An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be substituted for the below stated minimums excluding High School Diploma, GED, Licenses, or Certifications.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Eight (8) years information technology experience in project management, business analysis, or related environment to include four (4) years of experience developing, maintaining, and working with Workday, Infor Lawson, FileNet, UKG Workforce Central, UKG Dimensions or Other SaaS ERP, and other enterprise applications including business analysis, applications support, system administration and configuration.
- Proficiency of PC software applications to include Microsoft Office, Project, Visio or other related software applications.
- Pass a physical (medical) examination that includes a drug screen in order to operate DART non-revenue vehicles, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work variable hours, to include emergency response to outages.
- Ability to perform work from remote locations as needed.
- Ability to work in an on-call rotation.
- Ability to use his/her time effectively and efficiently. Values time. Concentrates their efforts on the more important priorities. Gets more done in less time than others. Can attend to a broader range of activities.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works in an environment where there is minimum exposure to dust, noise, or temperature. May be moderately exposed to unpleasant working conditions to include dust, noise, temperature, weather, petroleum products, and chemicals while visiting DART's operating facilities, assuming incumbent is observing all policies and procedures, safety precautions and regulations, and using all protective clothing and devices provided.
