HOW A FUNCTIONAL ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Analyzes user needs and performs research and functional analysis on a variety of projects
- Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
- Develops plans, could include budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program
- Assist in the development of proposal responses by collating input from technical leads.
- Assist in the planning for on-site visits and interface with partner companies and customers in that coordination.
- Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
- Builds and develops application tables/panels/reports, and codes individual modules and complex functions for a client/server enterprise application
- Integrates software, develops external interfaces, and maintains technical documentation
- Establishes, documents, implements, manages, and monitors the release management process in line with overall objectives, and ensure program-wide compliance for both normal and emergency (break/fix) operations
- Measures and monitors progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and meet expectations
- Defines exact content and roll out plan for a release, aligned with change management processes
- Identifies all applicable stakeholders per release, notifies, communicates, and manages expectations during the planning and roll out of new releases
- Acts as primary liaison between Program Management and other functional groups and resolves any issues regarding configuration management documentation
- Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements.
- Develops and conducts related tests and certificates of analysis. Ensures compliance is followed throughout quality assurance process.
- Documents the quality testing process.
- Contributes to the performance of quality assurance tests and certificates of analysis.
- Assesses potential risks and compliance issues and provides recommendations.
- Implements quality standards and executes compliance on every stage of the process.
- Monitors and develops quality assurance strategies and regulations.
- Coordinates and performs quality trainings and documents the entire quality testing process.
- Interact with different members of team to complete work and get input on updates being made.
- Work with team to make updates on VirtualShip®, after testing make sure to coordinate with other members of the team to update and re-test as necessary.
- Team members based in Orlando and throughout USA
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence to help team members to create/document new stories, tasks, issues.
- Utilize JIRA to monitor/document new issues or configuration management tasks.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience as a Program Analyst, Configuration Analyst or Quality Assurance Analyst.
Required Technical Skills: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Technical Writing, Microsoft Office suite with focus on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Required Skills and Abilities: Problem solving, time management, teamwork, issue identification, critical thinking.
Location: Hybrid (need to be able to go into the Orlando FL office a minimum of 3 days a week)

The likely salary range for this position is $72,509 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
