Great careers begin with great opportunities! The Invo-Progressus team is currently searching for a full time School Psychologist to conduct psychoeducational evaluations in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including cognitive, behavioral, and emotional assessments.
- Analyze data to provide recommendations for interventions, accommodations, and supports.
- Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to address students' academic, behavioral, and social challenges.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 Plan development meetings.
- Provide individual and group counseling services for students dealing with personal, social, or academic concerns.
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote a positive learning environment and address barriers to learning.
- Collaborate with school staff to design and implement Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) plans.
- Support crisis intervention and develop safety and behavioral plans as needed.
- Provide professional development and training to staff on topics such as mental health, behavior management, and inclusive practices.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP processes, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
