Job Summary:
Bob Boyte Chevy is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist/Cashier to join our team in Biloxi, Mississippi. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our dealership, greeting and directing customers, answering phone calls, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers as they enter the dealership
- Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or cashier preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and basic office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
