Full-time Physical Therapist PT - Home Health - Stratus Staffing

Seeking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team!

As a Physical Therapist you will help patients recover from injury and live to their fullest potential, in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan
• Teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques
• Providing stimulation or massage to promote healing
• Assisting patients with the use of equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers
• Maintaining patient records and keeping track of goals and progress
• Advising the patient and family about in-home treatment options and exercises

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

• Candidates must possess in-state licensure

• 1 year of experience as a physical therapist

• 1 year of home health experience as a physical therapist - preferred

• Candidates must possess strong caring interpersonal skills
