Full-time Outpatient Therapist (LPC or LCSW) at Haven Behavioral Healthcare

Berkshire Psychiatric & Behavioral Health Services is a part of the Haven Behavioral Healthcare system of services.  Haven operates acute-care psychiatric hospitals and outpatient practices across the United States that offer a full continuum of care for anyone dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues, from young adults to seniors.

Position Summary:

• Assesses and evaluates assigned patients.
• Conducts individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Functions as the primary contact for treatment and related communication
• Promotes implementation of therapeutic, recovery oriented, trauma informed services.
• Maintains a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility & program policies and procedures.
• Promotes positive work environment through multi-modal communication and interaction with colleagues and all employees in the organization.

 Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited school of Social Work or Counseling Psychology required
• Licensure by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Counselors, and Marriage & Family Therapists required.
