Job Description:

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Therapy Implementation: Develop and implement individualized therapy programs aimed at improving patients' daily living and working skills.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to aid recovery and improve function.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• NM OT License: Must have an active New Mexico Occupational Therapist license.
