Full Time MDS Assessor - Highland Care Center

Highland Care Center, a 320 bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking an MDS Assessor to join our team. As an integral part of the MDS Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and comprehensive assessments for our residents.  Candidate will collaborate with the interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Candidate requirements:

NYS RN License

MDS Certified prefered

2 years experience as an MDS assessor in a skilled nursing care facility.
