Marriott's M Club is a lounge at select Marriott hotels that offers access to a concierge or club floor. Marriott Bonvoy members with Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite, and Ambassador Elite status can access the M Club for free, along with one guest. Guests can also purchase access to the M Club for an additional fee, and some hotels may offer access to guests for a fee upon request.
Your Role: The Lounge Concierge is responsible for providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests. Ensure high quality food presentation in club lounge. Club lounge to maintain clean, organized and stocked. The concierge is available to answer any guest inquires regarding the city events and attractions. This individual will provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests.. Your responsibilities will include:
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service oriented manner.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards).
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Pyramid Global Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
Comply at all times with Pyramid Global Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Pyramid Global Hospitality standards.
Ensure good food quality delivered to club lounge, well displayed, clean surface and organized according to brand and company standards.
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests.
Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages.
Stock ice, glassware, and supplies.
Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed.
Complete opening and closing duties.
Requisition all necessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to bar set-up area as required.
Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
Document pertinent information in department logbook.
Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance; and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
Assists guest with problems with hotel services
Knowledgeable of daily functions VIP's and any other special events occurring in or pertaining to the hotel
Be familiar with all Pyramid Global Hospitality policies and house rules as well as hospitality terminology.
Have knowledge of and assist in emergency procedures as required.
Employees must at all times be attentive friendly helpful and courteous to all guests managers and all other employees.
Use proper two-way radio etiquette at all times when communicating with other employees.
Attend meetings as required by management.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors/Management.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
College course work in related field helpful.
Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
Must work well in stressful high pressure situations.
Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary.
Must be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying the issues raised by co-workers and guests.
Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions.
Must maintain composure and objectivity while under pressure.
