We are looking for a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a position in the Home Hospice setting. This position offers a lot of flexibility, the nurse can pick to work 5x8's, 4x10's or 3x12's. We are ideally needing coverage in the afternoons, evenings and overnight but the hours are extremely flexible. The Licensed Practical Nurse will work with the other Home Hospice LPN's on the team to create and build a schedule that works for the whole team! This Home Hospice LPN position will cover the 6 counties in the Magic Valley. We will consider Licensed Practical Nurses who have at least 1 year of experience in any medical setting. The pay and benefits for this Licensed Practical Nurse position are very generous. HOME HOSPICE LPN JOB REQUIREMENTS: We will consider Licensed Practical Nurses who have at least 1 year of experience in any medical setting. The licensed practical nurse must have been trained as a licensed practical nurse. The licensed practical nurse must have a current LPN license in the state. The licensed practical nurse must be willing and able to work Full Time hours. The Licensed Practical Nurse must either be a US Citizen or have your green card.

5. This is not shift work, but is seeing multiple pt./day in their homes or senior living facilities. You will be driving from patient home to patient home & most patients will be close together but sometimes you may have to drive 20-45 minutes to reach a patient's home, therefore; about half your day will be spent driving. Traveling is part of your salary plus you will get additional pay for mileage, but I want to make sure that you are fine with traveling as that is an integral part of home hospice?
