Full Time Day Shift Retail Pharmacist, Every Other Saturday - Tanner Health System

A key member of the retail pharmacy team, this position requires a wide array of interpersonal as well as organizational skills. This person is responsible for accurate management of dispensing functions within the department, supervising technician and support personnel, and provision of appropriate patient care as a member of the pharmaceutical care team.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Education: Doctor of Pharmacy

Experience: Six months of related experience

Licenses and Certifications

GEORGIA PHARMACIST LICENSURE

Qualifications

* Certification through the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialities is recognized.

* Ability to interact and work well in a team oriented environment.

* Needs computer skills in various program requirements. Maintains knowledge of information technology associated with pharmacy systems.

* Professional as well as pleasant demeanor when dealing with departmental, interdepartmental, and public personnel.

* Ability to work well in high stress situations.

* Adapts positively to changes in workload and or work schedule.

* Must exhibit a warm, friendly, and caring professional demeanor.
