Benefits:

• Scheduled full-time hours of 32 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with an active, unrestricted license.
• Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
• Must have a valid, clean Driver’s License and up-to-date car insurance.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and a willingness to drive within the metro area.
• Must be able to pass a background check and work-related references.

Responsibilities:

• Provides companionship for the client, such as talking and listening, reading aloud, and providing social and emotional support.
• Helps client with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, running errands, organizing incoming mail, grooming, and dressing guidance, and recreational activities.
• Personal Care includes bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding, and other services.
• Provides transportation to doctor’s appointments, beauty shops, etc.
• Records and reports changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the office, including assisting with marketing efforts, client outreach, and caregiver training/development.
