Full-Time Call Center/Inside Sales Representative

MR.FIX-IT™

Full-Time 

Pay: $15-$20/hour (hourly plus bonus)

This position is located in Ashland, VA and is in person.

We are looking for the BEST of the BEST to join our Elite Team at MR. FIX-IT™, a leader in the multi-billion-dollar home improvement industry for over 54 years. We are growing, and we need people who are looking to grow with us. The ideal candidate will possess the drive to succeed in a fast-paced call center environment.  Call center agents will make outbound calls and take inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed an interest in one of our home improvement services. 

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls to appointments by using the company's provided script and proven methodology. 
• Actively make outbound phone calls to sell the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with the goal of converting the call to an appointment with our Project Specialist.
• Answer inbound calls to schedule appointments.
• Meet regularly with coaches and direct supervisors to provide and receive feedback on job performance.
• Great communication skills and a Super Attitude are a must!

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated to achieve goals around the number of calls and appointments scheduled.
• Inside sales and/or call center experience preferred.
• Superior phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

•  Ability to hear, understand, and respond to communications on the phone and in person for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to sit for long periods (up to 8 hours) in a stationary position while working at a computer and using a telephone headset.
•  Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone system.
• Ability to read and interpret computer screens, documents, and data for prolonged periods.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, such as files or small office equipment.
• Ability to stay mentally focused and attentive to details for extended periods, especially during high-volume call times.
• Ability to move within the office to access files, office equipment, or assist other team members as needed.

This position is currently based in our Ashland office and is not remote.
