Kelly Ford is looking for a friendly, outgoing receptionist to answer phones, process payments, and greet customers. Monday - Thursday 3pm-8pm and Saturday 7:30-6pmThe receptionist is the first and last impression

• Answering all incoming calls, processing payments, and greeting customers. Forwarding phone calls to appropriate recipients
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments

• Answer the phone with a smile, be friendly and upbeat
• Excellent Communication Skills

• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• A clean driving record & valid driver's license
