About the role
Wellity Health is currently looking for full-time, associate therapists to join our team in the heart of Burlingame, CA! We provide supervision as one of many perks when you join the Wellity Health team.
Providers best suited to join Wellity Health enjoy a dynamic supportive environment allowing them to focus focus their time on providing direct clinical work instead dealing with the isolation and administrative aspects of working independently.
This position will work with all ages, including children and adolescents, and will require a minimum of two evenings per week up to 7:00 PM.
At Wellity you will have the support of our clinical leadership team and administrative team allowing you to focus on what you do best while we manage the rest.
Responsibilities
- Primarily 1:1 psychotherapy, with option to facilitate therapy groups as well.
- Consultation meetings with team members, as indicated
- Collaboration meetings with psychiatry providers, as indicated
- Create timely comprehensive patient assessments/intakes and progress notes.
- Treatment planning
- Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
- Proficiency, or a strong interest in working with people of color/multi-cultural therapy, LGBTQIA+, eating disorders, EMDR, and/or other clinical niche.
- An interest in creating, contributing to, and/or conducting groups, workshops, blogs, or other written material.
- Active and unrestricted clinical license in CA and in good standing with BBS (ASW, AMFT, APCC)
- Minimum 1 Year of experience at the associate level
- Master"s degree or higher

The pay range for this role is:
66,560 - 75,000 USD per year(Burlingame)
