The Main function of the Full Time Administrative Assistant position is to assist the Community Manager with the day to day functions of the mobile home community.
In this role you will:
- Collect and Distribute mail.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls as needed.
- Maintain resident files. Ensure they are kept current and confidential.
- Manage all leases, including lease reminder letters.
- Develop and Maintain Community Relationships.
- Creates monthly newsletters.
- File audits as needed.
- Maintain all titles in title book and sends titles to Auditor when a new homeowner purchases a home.
- Maintains outer appearance of office space.
- Cleans office, restroom, and laundry space.
- Work with other Legacy staff both on site and ensure teamwork and effective communication.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Role Qualifications / Skills/ Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of Administrative Experience preferred.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
Work Environment
- This position will work primarily in the mobile home community office with a work schedule of 40 hours per week. Work Schedule may vary occasionally to accommodate night and weekend hours dependent on community needs.
