Full Stack Principle .NET Engineer/Software Architect - Onset Financial, Inc.

Onset Financial of Draper, UT is seeking to hire a talented Full Stack Senior .NET Engineer / Coding Manager. Our ideal candidate will be proficient in the latest .NET Core technologies, front-end frameworks, and cloud computing with Azure. As the Onset Financial Full Stack Senior Engineer/Coding Manager, you will play a critical role by leading international development teams, ensuring code quality, and managing our CI/CD deployment processes.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable applications using the latest .NET Core technologies.
• Work with popular front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate applications with Microsoft SQL Server and other database systems.
• Design, query, and optimize Microsoft SQL databases.
• Actively participate in Agile software development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Own and manage the CI/CD pipeline to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes while troubleshooting to resolve deployment-related issues.
• Utilize Azure cloud services to develop and deploy scalable applications while optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders.
• Uphold high ethical standards while promoting our company culture of integrity and success.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and other company events.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team stays aligned with the product vision.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in full stack development using .NET Core.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Azure Cosmos DB or MongoDB.
• Proven experience working with an ORM (Object Relational Mapper) such as Entity Framework or Dapper.
• Proven experience leading and collaborating with international development teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile software development and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud computing services.
• Certifications in Azure or .NET technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Ability to travel internationally (1-2 times per year).
• A passion for problem-solving and identifying solutions.
• Detail-oriented mindset combined with a big-picture perspective.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to take and implement feedback in a fast paced, high growth environment.
