We are seeking dedicated Full Stack Developer with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to build, deploy, and maintain applications that support mission-critical functions. Candidates who are local to the Dayton, OH area are preferred for collaboration purposes, though remote work is an option. A TS/SCI clearance is highly desired but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance web applications with scalable, efficient code.
• Build and implement front-end components using React and TypeScript to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop back-end services and RESTful APIs in Node.js, Python, or C# for robust and scalable applications.
• Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments, ensuring scalability and manageability of applications.
• Integrate Elasticsearch for search functionalities, Redis for optimized caching, and Kafka for efficient message streaming.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications to optimize performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with team members across disciplines, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and agile development.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-5 years in full stack development with expertise in:
  • Front-End: Proficiency with React and TypeScript.
  • Back-End: Experience with Node.js, Python, and/or C#.
  • Other Technologies: Knowledge of Docker, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Redis, and Kafka.
• Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git.
• Clearance: TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with serverless frameworks is a plus.
