What’s the role?
The Full Stack Developer will be a driving force behind our growth through an analytical eye and great attention to detail. They will work cross-collaboratively with the e-commerce and creative teams to produce scalable solutions and manage our websites. They will be reporting to the VP of Information Technology and Security.

The Full Stack Developer will be a driving force behind our growth through an analytical eye and great attention to detail. They will work cross-collaboratively with the e-commerce and creative teams to produce scalable solutions and manage our websites. They will be reporting to the VP of Information Technology and Security.
Here's what could be included in a typical day:
- Maintain a competent online Shopify store for driving sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with the business team to understand their business needs and translate them into product features
- Manage the front-end website architecture through visual design and back-end website applications
- Design user interactions on web pages where needed, including animation & user flow
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with graphic designers for web design features
- Create backend APIs, both modifying/enhancing existing APIs and creating new ones
- Cutdown complexity and improve readability while expanding functionality and future-proofing the codebase
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCES, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required
- Master’s Degree; specialized training; or equivalent professional experience a plus
- Experience working in a startup environment a plus
