Job Summary:
An experienced Full Stack Architect with strong hands-on technical skills and deep architectural expertise.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining, developing, and enhancing scalable solutions while understanding the full scope of enterprise systems. This role demands proficiency across the entire tech stack, along with expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), to design and implement cloud-based architectures. The candidate should be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical direction and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architectural Design: Define and design scalable, reliable, and secure architectures for enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Hands-on Development: Provide hands-on leadership in coding, debugging, and optimizing solutions across the full stack, ensuring best-in-class development practices.
• Cloud Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
• Technical Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to create a comprehensive technical strategy, integrating full stack capabilities with the cloud architecture.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks and recommending or implementing performance improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and backend services.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance, fostering an environment of innovation, growth, and continuous learning.
• Enhancements and Refactoring: Evaluate existing systems and suggest or implement enhancements to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that the architecture follows security best practices, addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience in full stack development and architecture, with a track record of designing and delivering scalable enterprise solutions.
• Full Stack Proficiency: Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java), as well as databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• OCI Expertise: In-depth experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services such as Compute, Networking, Storage, and Database.
• Microservices and APIs: Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native application design patterns.
• DevOps and CI/CD: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile development environment, contributing to iterative development cycles.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with multi-cloud environments or other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of Data Architectures, including big data processing, analytics, and data pipelines - Optional
• Machine Learning integration knowledge for building intelligent applications.
• Experience in using Gen AI tools like any of ChatGPT, Github co-pilot, OpenAI and Azure OpenAI
• Certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
Education Details -

A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $160,000 - $170,000.
