Summary
As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-based applications that
leverage large language models such as GPT-4/GPT-3.5, Gemini, and state of the art open source models. You will work closely with
product managers, data scientists, and customers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed
their expectations. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable, robust, and efficient AI systems that use large language models for various natural
language processing tasks such as text generation, summarization, question answering, sentiment analysis, etc.
• Optimize the performance, accuracy, and reliability of the AI systems using state-of-the-art techniques and tools.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation of the AI systems.
• Deploy and monitor the AI systems in production environments and ensure their availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and customers to understand their requirements and provide feedback
and suggestions for improvement.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the AI and large language models domain and propose innovative
solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in AI or natural language processing.
• Must be proficient in Python and JavaScript\Typescript.
• Built at least 1-2 generative AI projects in the last 18 months using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Hands-on experience with large language models such as GPT-4/GPT-3.5, Gemini, Llama, Mistral and their applications.
• Strong knowledge of natural language processing concepts and techniques such as tokenization, embedding, attention,
transformers, etc.
• Pandas and/or polars experience is desired.
• Experience with the PyTorch framework is helpful.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their AI services.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and staying updated with the latest developments in the AI and large language
models’ field.
