Full Service Restaurant Server - Carrabba's Italian Grill

Hiring for all front of house positions

As a Server it is your responsibility to be knowledgeable in all areas of food, beverage, and service. You will learn to anticipate our Guests’ needs and to provide each one with a positive dining experience, while exhibiting the genuine hospitality our family has cultivated for generations.

The Server is also responsible for:

· Extensive knowledge of our menus

· Passion for our food and wines Clearly communicating with team and guests being a team player

· Processing orders efficiently, taking payment in a timely manner and accurate cash handling

Host

As a Host, you will be responsible for exceeding the guests expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the guests’ preferences. A Host will be required to greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner. The right team player will help set the pace of the dining room as you seat the guests in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to the service staff.

The Host is also responsible for:

· Making memorable first and last impressions

· Smiling and having genuine conversations with Guests, in person and on the phone

· Coordinating the wait and seats Guests following Carrabba’s hospitality standards

· Leading the lobby experience for each Guest, following Carrabba’s hospitality standards
