Full Charger Bookkeeper & Office Administrator
BSI Components and Repair is seeking to hire a Full-Charge Bookkeeping and office administrator to work with and report to upper management. This part-time position is up to 30 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Handling all bookkeeping aspects including bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Accounts payable and receivable functions.
- File excise monthly taxes.
- Record and track employee benefits.
- Post all daily accounting activities within Zoho Books.
- Any other bookkeeping or accounting-type tasks needed.
- Process confidential document processing.
- Handle all office and HR tasks.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting.
- 3-5 years MUST have experience in Quickbooks Online and Zoho Books
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint and Onedrive
- Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Tech-savvy applied to data entry, numbers, problem-solving, and organization.
- Excellent verbal communication and team-building skills
