About the Job
Job Duties
- Manage the full cycle of accounting activities for the company
- Processing accounts receivables Including job tracking, preparing invoices, often including Excel AIA pay applications
- Process accounts payable, including job costing
- Managing/processing payroll via ADP
- Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger, including accruals and deferrals
- Preparing quarterly financial statements
- Ability to work strict deadlines
Education
- Bachelor's Degree, accounting, business or related field plus 5 years experience or 10+ years accounting experience
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks Pro
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
Qualification
- Experience with manufacturing and inventory preferred
- Experience with commercial construction subcontracting preferred
Skill
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Works well independently
Compensation
$52,000-$60,000
