Full Charge Bookkeeper at Fusco Personnel Inc.

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Full Charge Bookkeeper, to join our client in the Schenectady, NY area. This is a full-time contract opportunity for a medium-sized construction company.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for all accounts receivable
• New job set up and closing as needed
• Responsible for processing A/R payments
• Administer payroll
• Maintain subcontractor and supplier insurance policies and contracts
• Assist with payment and payables

Qualifications & Requirements

• GAAP 5 years (required)
• QuickBooks 5 years (required) - Sage experience a plus
• Bachelors degree (preferred)
• Construction Accounting 2 years (preferred)

Salary

• $50-80k
