Job Title: Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $35 - $40 per hour

Ledgent Finance & Accounting prides ourselves on maintaining a high standard of financial accuracy and professionalism. We're currently seeking a skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Handle month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax preparers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Construction industry.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
