With rapid growth comes the need for highly skilled professionals. We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our That 1 Painter Team team in Round Rock, Texas.
The Bookkeeper will play a pivotal role in the organization and management of our corporate office, and will be responsible for primary accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities for That 1 Painter, as well as ordering materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transaction.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Event Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute a wide range of events, including brand launches, trade shows, conferences, discovery days, promotions events, employee events, our annual convention and more.
Logistics Management: Coordinate event logistics, such as catering, transportation, audio-visual equipment, signage, and more.
Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets to ensure events are cost-effective and meet financial goals.
Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with event-related vendors and negotiate contracts to secure the best services and pricing.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to create event marking materials, including invitations, advertisements, and social media content.
Guest Experience: Ensure a positive guest experience by managing registration, providing support, and addressing any on-site issues that may arise.
Project documentation support to executive team: formatting and registering internal and external documents, updating applicable task status, logging comments and content.
Assisting with implementation of new administration systems
Organizing and coordinating staff and external meetings, moderating on-site video-conferences, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post meeting minute preparation and circulation in agreed time frame and manner, logging applicable tasks into ClickUp, overseeing ClickUp task completion
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an Office manager or Executive assistant.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required, especially during event execution.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work; ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 to commensurate with experience
