About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Full Charge Bookkeeper. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will provide essential support to our office operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. This is a key role that requires strong bookkeeping and administrative skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Handle accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using QuickBooks Online
- Perform accounting tasks, including account analysis and reconciliation
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives
- Coordinate with CPA for efficient tax filings
- Provide administrative support to executives as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
