Full Charge Bookkeeper - Full-Time
Pay Range: starting at $25/hour (based on experience) plus benefits.

We are looking for an exceptional, experienced full charge bookkeeper with a strong accounting background. This individual will be experienced in managing the entire accounting cycle for the company’s clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparing invoices and making all of the required journal entries.
Key Objectives and Results:
• Prepare and manage the books and records of the company’s customers.
• Fulfill AP and AR processing as required.
• Conduct bank account and credit card reconciliations.
• Handle payroll, tax deposits, quarterly and annual payroll filings.
• Handle bank deposits, sales tax and property tax filings.
• Provide reliable and effective accounting and financial statement advice as needed.
• Ensure the confidentiality of each customer by following all company procedures regarding information handling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and considering the impact of decisions on the customer.
• Stay up to date with relevant financial and payroll regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements and expectations:
• Customer Service oriented with impeccable professionalism.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with bookkeeping.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Desktop; Microsoft Office Suite; and Adobe.
• Willing to learn new software.
• Able to travel to client locations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy to meet the quality of work standards.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
• Adaptable in an environment with deadlines and changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – professional and positive.
• Able to work required hours to meet filing due dates and customer workload.
• A resourceful style with good instincts and able to work independently and collaborate with team members.
