Full Charge Bookkeeper - Robert Half

Description Robert Half is searching for a reliable Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our Full-Time Engagement program. This is an opportunity to utilize your bookkeeping skill set across a diverse range of engagements with the world's top companies. Responsibilities: + Handle full cycle accounting duties, oversee financial transactions, and maintain all essential records. + Manage and maintain QuickBooks, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting. + Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts. + Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances. + Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. + Manage all payroll operations aligning with the relevant federal, state, and local law. + Complete tax forms and ensure proper payment. + Oversee cash flow management and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budgets. + Organize records of invoices, bills, and deposits. + Report any inconsistencies or issues to management. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. + At least 3 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper. + Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must. + Demonstrated understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. + Exceptional organization and attention to detail. + Strong verbal and written communication skills.
